<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fare adjustment system for route buses which is available for a user without carrying an IC card nor a prepaid card, even though the user does not have a numbered ticket. <P>SOLUTION: A passenger certification device 22 acquires user's biological information when the user gets on a bus, and the biological information is associated with a bus stop where the user gets on the bus and stored as passenger information in a memory device 14. A getting-off checking device 50 acquires the user's biological information when the user gets off the bus, the bus stop where the passenger gets on the bus is specified by comparing the biological information of the passenger getting off the bus with the passenger's biological information stored in the memory device 14, a fare the passenger getting off the bus should pay is calculated by verifying the bus stop where the passenger getting off the bus gets on the bus, with the information of the bus stop where the passenger gets off the bus and with a fare table by travel sections stored in the memory device 14, and the amount of the fare is displayed in a fare display device 42. Further, a plurality of fare guiding devices 32 installed in a route bus display fares when the user gets off the bus at the next bus stop or the bus stop at which the bus is stopping so that a fare for the user himself/herself can be checked in the vicinity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
