PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based block copolymer that has more improved heat resistance, impact resistance and flexibility while having characteristics that conventional polylactic acid-based polymers have, such as biodegradability, safety, and crystallinity, and that has reduced remaining lactide and also a reduced amount of lactide, a by-product, in the mold processing step. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based block copolymer has a segment (segment B) mainly comprising an L-lactic acid unit at the both ends of a segment mainly including an aliphatic carbonate unit via a segment (segment A) mainly comprising a D-lactic acid unit, wherein an organophosphorus compound represented by specific structure is copolymerized with at least one of the segment A and the segment B.
