<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the warp of a solar battery cell, and to achieve the excellent joined state of the solar battery cell with a string ribbon. <P>SOLUTION: A joining device includes a string ribbon holding implement 4 for abutting a string ribbon 2 comprising a metallic body covered with a solder layer on an electrode of a solar battery cell 1, a YAG laser beam oscillator 5, laser beam emission heads 6a, 6b for irradiating the string ribbon 2 with pulsed laser beam, and optical fibers 7a, 7b for guiding the pulsed laser beam to the laser beam emission heads 6a, 6b from the YAG laser beam oscillator 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
