PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation composition in which an association object, generated from an alkali hydrolysis product of a jojoba oil and an alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, is blended, thereby the composition has a function and use feeling which are not in a conventional product. SOLUTION: (1) The external preparation composition is characterized by containing an association object which is obtained by mixing an alkali hydrolysis product of jojoba oil and an alkyl quaternary ammonium salt.
