PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating structure in which heat generated from a heat generating component such as an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) is efficiently radiated and when exchanging the heat generating component, the heat generating component can be exchanged easily. SOLUTION: The heat radiating structure is for a video apparatus with an HDD 6 incorporated. The video apparatus includes: a video apparatus body 1 in which the HDD 6 is removably installed on a rear surface side of an image display panel 2; a back cover 4 which entirely covers a rear surface of the video apparatus body 1 and in which an upper ventilating hole is provided in an upper part and an opening is formed at a position corresponding to an installation position of the HDD 6; an HDD exchange lid 5 which covers the opening and is provided with an intake ventilating hole; and partition walls (8a, 8b, 12a, 12b) which are extended vertically at respective right-and-left both sides of the HDD 6 when the video apparatus body 1, the back cover 4 and the HDD exchange lid 5 are built up, respectively. An air channel, which reaches from the intake ventilating hole to the upper ventilating hole by the partition walls (8a, 8b, 12a, 12b) and in which the HDD 6 is isolated from the other components, is formed.
