PURPOSE: A stiffener film bonding device, capable of preventing the contamination by the blanking residue, is provided to reduce the heat used to compress a stiffener film and to reduce contamination of a PCB sheet. CONSTITUTION: A stiffener film bonding device comprises a first roller(104a), a second roller(104b), a pair of sheet clampers(106), a film cutting block, a heating block(114), and an alignment member. The first roller supplies a reeled stiffener film(10). The second roller reels the stiffener film provided from the first roller. The sheet clamper grips and fixes a PCB sheet(20) located on the upside of the stiffener film. The film cutting block punches the stiffener film in a fixed shape and upward pressurizes the lower-part of the stiffener film. The heating block heats and supports one part of the upper side of the PCB sheet. The alignment member arranges the attaching location of the stiffener film by side to side rotating the sheet clamper along the flat surface along with the PCB sheet.
