PURPOSE: A dryer for dried persimmons is provided to mass-produce the dried persimmons by reducing the producing time of the dried persimmons, and to emit far infrared rays by non-electronic carbon heating. CONSTITUTION: A dryer for dried persimmons comprises the following: a machine chamber(10) generating heat using a carbon heating element(11), and discharging hot air using a blower(12); a drying chamber(20) receiving the hot sir using a duct(13) connected to the machine chamber, including a hook plate(22) mounted on a mounting stand(21); a drying device(40) drying persimmons(P) by mounting the persimmons on the mounting stand; a fuming chamber(30) located on the lower side of the drying chamber, including a sulfur cask(31); and a hooking unit including a fixing stand with a protrusion inserted in between an upper hook and a lower hook. |
