PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a display device using thereof are provided to implement a light emitting diode of which color variation is reduced by changing the size of resistance according to temperature changes. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting device and a display device using thereof, a plurality of light emitting diodes(11) are connected in parallel with each other. The internal resistance of a plurality of light emitting diodes are different. A plurality of variable resistances(13) is serially connected to a plurality of LEDs respectively. A plurality of variable resistances is changed according to temperature change. A driving chip(30) drives a light emitting diode.
