PURPOSE: An auto-feeding device of cap body for a paper cap manufacturing device, capable of automatically perform the manufacture process of a paper cap, is provided to maximize workability and productivity by manufacturing a paper lid through automated manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: An auto-feeding device of cap body for a paper cap manufacturing device comprises a drum(10), an ejector(20), and an ascent and descent cylinder(30). The drum has an insertion hole(12) and is installed on the motor shaft of a motor(M) to forward and reversing rotate to horizontal and vertical direction. One or more recesses(15) are formed on the columnar of the upper part of the drum in a longitudinal direction. The ejector is installed in the vertical directional upper part location of the drum. The ejector is horizontally inserted in the recess. The ejector is fixed on the bottom of the rod of an ascent and descent cylinder. If the ejector ascends and descends, successively pushes and supplies the cylindrical cap body of the drum. |
