摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrocatalyst material for a direct methanol fuel cell is provided to ensure high activity to oxygen reduction reaction and to secure antifatigue property using palladium-metal oxides instead of platinum. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrocatalyst material for a direct methanol fuel cell comprises the steps of: preparing a first solution by dissolving a palladium compound in a first solvent; preparing a second solution by mixing the first solution with a conductive carrier and dipping the palladium compound in the palladium compound in the conductive carrier; preparing a third solution in which palladium metal particles are formed, by adding a reducing agent in the second solution; drying the solution after filtering and washing it to obtain palladium metal particles; preparing a fourth solution by dispersing the palladium metal particles in the second solvent; adding metal oxide precursors in the fourth solution; and converting the metal oxide precursor into metal oxide, filtering, washing and drying the metal oxide.
