In the construction business there are a lot of parts like studs, beams, floor joists, rafters and so on, wich have to be fastened in the same distance from one to another. In this invention, you don't have to measure the distance of those parts, once you have adjusted the invented tool. Also you don't need a third hand to hold this part in place, while it will be fixed and for the safety of the builder, his hands are away from that area, where the parts should be connected together.
