FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for cryogenic treatment. For this purpose in carrying out cryogenic treatment, additionally performed is application local freezing of pathological tissues, foci, reflexogenic zones by application of drops of liquefied oxygen or ozonised oxygen. Drops of said gases are obtained by cooling of cryoapplicator surface to temperature lower than temperature of said gases liquefaction, placing working part of cryoinstrument in said gaseous media. Application freezing is performed either by drop cryoirrigation when passing to tissue through enriched with oxygen or ozonised oxygen air or ozonised oxygen above pathological focus, or by submerging porous working part of cryoinstrument in said gases and transferring on cryoapplicator on tissue in form of layer or drop. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve results of cryogenic treatment, accelerate process of deep local freezing, increase destruction due to penetration of liquefied gases into microcracks in frozen tissue, actively trigger oxidation processes, activate destruction of phospholipids of cell membranes and active "emission" of eicosanoids. ^ 3 ex |
