<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high quality (meth)acrylic acid-based copolymers excellent in various performance values and a process for production of the same excellent in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The copolymers include (a) structural units derived from (meth)acrylic acid-based series monomers and (b) structural units derived from unsaturated monomers, wherein the copolymers have 60,000-1,000,000 of the weight-average molecular weight (Mw), the values of structural units (b) obtained from the equation of (mol%)×(Mw) include 1,000,000 or over, and the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) includes less than 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
