PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module and an interrupt controller that increase the speed of an interruption process after interruption from a module having a plurality of interruption causes occurs and after a process for clearing one interruption cause from the module having the plurality of interruption causes is finished. SOLUTION: The module having the plurality of interruption causes and having an interruption report mask means for setting an interruption report mask for each of the interruption causes includes: an interruption reporting means that outputs a pulse signal when at least one or more interruption causes occur among the plurality of interruption causes for which an interruption report mask setting has been canceled by the interruption report mask means, and that reports the occurrence of the interruption cause at the module to an interruption controller; and a report shutting means that shuts the interruption reporting means from reporting the occurrence of the interruption cause to the interruption controller when another interruption cause occurs before the interruption cause reported is cleared.
