PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for providing contents purchase history in a contents providing server are provided to enable a subscriber to easily find desirable contents by providing a connected subscriber with stored contents history after storing the history of the contents purchased and used by each terminal. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(25) stores content purchase history, and a control unit(26) stores the contents purchase history at the memory unit. The control unit maps the contents purchase history to the terminal used for purchasing the contents. According to the contents purchase history inquiry request, the control unit provides the subscriber with the stored content purchase history. |
