PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a conductive polymer compound is provided to uniformly perform the mixing and dispersion of polymer materials and filler and to improve the properties of the conductive polymer compound through predetermined quantity input and the even dispersion of a compound raw material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive polymer compound comprises the steps of: (S110) preparing a coupling agent, filler, and polymer materials; diluting the coupling agent with a solvent; (S120) adding and mixing the filler and polymer material in the solvent in which the coupling agent is diluted; (S130) performing ultrasonic dispersion for the mixture in which filler and polymer material are mixed; (S140) drying the mixture in which ultrasonic dispersion is completed; and (S150) compounding the resulting dried mixture.
