<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a blade noise by a turning drum and increase an output by flowing a direct airflow along an impeller 5 in order to solve problems that it is difficult to collect wind energy because a natural wind significantly varies in strength and an airflow which hits to the impeller 5 scatters in lateral directions without being inhaled, and therefore the direct wind and the output are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The turning drum is divided into three parts. A middle drum 1 is coupled to a driving wheel 2, or both side drums 1 and 1 for coupling an output wheel 2 are coupled to clutch wheels 4 and 4. Engagement/disengagement of the clutch wheels 4 and 4 based on a sensor 11 leads to a change in inclination of the impeller 5 to change the rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
