SEMICONDUCTOR TYPE TASTE SENSOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor type taste sensor device capable of reducing the size more than before and widening the application of usage.

SOLUTION: In one substrate 20, there are incorporated two sensor parts 11-13 or more each for reacting with salty taste; sweet taste; bitter taste; acid taste; and delicious taste to generate potentials; a multiplexer circuit 14 for changing over their output to select one signal; an A/D conversion circuit 15 for converting signals which have passed this; a filter circuit 16 provided between the multiplexer circuit 14 and the A/D conversion circuit 15 for removing noise signals; a radio transmission circuit 17 for modulating digital signals converted by the A/D conversion circuit 15 into radio signals; and a power supply circuit 19 which is provided with an antenna circuit 18 for receiving incoming radio waves and which rectifies a current from this and supplies required power for the semiconductor type taste sensor device 10. The sensor parts 11-13 are exposed and arranged in the substrate 20, and each of the circuits 14-19 is sealed from the outside air except the sensor parts 11-13.
