BENDING MOLD MOUNTING / DEMOUNTING DEVICE OF CRANK SHAFT DIE FORGING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A vertical bending mold mounting apparatus of a crank shaft die forging apparatus is provided to facilitate crank shaft die forging by allowing a vertical bending mold to be easily mounted/demounted with a simple lever operation. CONSTITUTION: A vertical bending mold mounting apparatus of a crank shaft die forging apparatus comprises a bending mold holder(200), a joint unit, and an operating unit(400). The bending mold holder has a mold insertion part(210) on the lower side for attachment/detachment of a vertical bending mold. The joint unit is installed to cross the mold insertion part in the bending mold holder and attaches/detaches a vertical bending mold inserted in the mold insertion part. The joint unit comprises a rotary shaft which is installed to rotate inside the mold insertion part and a locking piece which is formed as being projected on the rotary shaft. The operating unit is installed on both sides of the bending mold holder and rotates the joint unit in order to allow for the attachment/detachment of a vertical bending mold through the joint unit.
