PURPOSE: A device for preventing the inflow of rainwater in an underground space of an apartment house is provided to prevent the inflow of rainwater in an underground space though water overflows a gateway. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing the inflow of rainwater in an underground space of an apartment house comprises a cutoff plate(10), a fixed block(30), and a support block(50). The cutoff plate blocks an entrance for an underground space of an apartment house. The fixed block is fixed to the bottom of the cutoff plate by a fastening member(20). The support block is installed on the bottom of the entrance to face the fixed block. The support block comprises a movable plate.
