PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker which obtains a unique illumination state by transmitting diffused light through a diaphragm and can be easily manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: At least a conic part 32 of the diaphragm 3 is made of a translucent material. A light diffusion plate 7 which diffuses and transmits light from a light source 6 through the diaphragm 3 disposed behind the diaphragm 3 in the direction of a coil core-axis X, is provided between the light source 6 and diaphragm 3.
