PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a form in which a tilling device is lifted and lowered relative to a vehicle body so as to automatically control tilling depth by the vertical movement of a rear cover of the tilling device, the downward movement of the rear cover is often regulated, and when the downward movement of the rear cover is regulated and the rear cover is in a locked state, the rotary tilling device is deformed or easily damaged in performing an operation in the state. SOLUTION: The lock alarm device for the rear cover of the tilling device has a constitution that the rotary tilling device to be lifted and lowered relative to the rear part of tractor vehicle body by a lift arm is equipped with the rear cover for compacting and leveling a soil surface tilled by its tilling tine and the tilling device is lifted and lowered by the vertical swing of the rear cover to maintain and control constant tilling depth. When the tilling device is lowered and traveled forward by the downward movement of the lift arm, the lock alarm device alarms the rear cover in a locked state when a rear cover sensor 7 detects a down angle by input of the rear cover sensor 7 for detecting the angle of the rear cover.
