A microscope for ophthalmic surgery, enabling a toric intraocular lens to be highly accurately disposed within a patient's eye according to the condition of the astigmatism of the eye. A microscope (1) for ophthalmic surgery forms projected images on a patient's eye (E) on the basis of the direction of the astigmatism axis of the patient's eye (E), the projected images indicating the direction of the principal meridian of the patient's eye (E) or the direction which corresponds to the principal meridian of the patient's eye (E) and along which the principal meridian direction of a toric intraocular lens (80) is disposed. The microscope (1) for ophthalmic surgery forms, as the projected images, substantially annularly arranged bright spot images (90-k). The microscope (1) for ophthalmic surgery indicates in a blinking manner bright spot images (90-i, 90-j) corresponding to the direction of the principal meridian of the patient's eye (E) or the direction which corresponds to the principal meridian of the patient's eye (E) and along which the principal meridian direction of a toric intraocular lens (80) is disposed, and the microscope (1) also indicates the remaining bright spot images (90-k) in such a manner that the remaining bright spot images (90-k) are continuously lit.
|
