<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature variable attenuator which can reduce two sets of provided 90°phase delay circuits, and can be miniaturized, and whose costs can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the temperature variable attenuator, second thermistors (negative temperature coefficient temperature variable resistor bodies) 3A and 3B are provided in series between main lines 1A and 1B, and a first thermistor 2 is connected between a connection point of the second thermistors 3A and 3B, and the ground. Then, a set of lumped parameter type capacitors 5A and 5B of capacitance C and lumped parameter type 90°phase delay circuits constituted in aπshape by a lumped parameter type inductor (coil) 6 are provided between the connection point of the second thermistors 3A and 3B and the first thermistor 2. A 1/4-wavelength distributed parameter transmission line may be provided instead of the lumped parameter type 90°phase delay circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
