PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door structure enabling to increase the depth of a pocket without increasing the thickness of a door. SOLUTION: The structure of the vehicle door 1 includes a door lining 5 provided on the vehicle interior side of a door panel 4 formed in a closed cross section by a door inner panel 3 and a door skin 2. The door inner panel 3 has an opening portion 14, the opening portion 14 is closed with an inner box 17 and a vinyl sheet, the inner box 17 is formed in a boxed shape to be protruded to the vehicle exterior side beyond the opening portion 14 of the door inner panel 3, and a first recessed portion 21 of the door lining 5 is inserted into a recessed portion 17b of the inner box 17.
