PURPOSE: A water flow exchange system having a three-way type drainage of an electrolyzer is provided to prevent the concentration reduction of an electrolyte by mixing acidic water and alkaline water. CONSTITUTION: A water flow exchange system having a three-way type drainage of an electrolyzer comprises the electrolyzer(100) and a water flow exchanging valve(200). The electrolyzer electrolyzes water transferred through a water inlet(110) inside first and second chambers, using the voltages with different polarities. The electrolyzer discharges acidic water and alkaline water. The water flow exchanging valve seals first and second discharging holes(214b,214b`) when the polarities applied to the first and second chambers changes, by moving spindle units(230,230`) using a changing axis(220). |
