PURPOSE: A device for controlling the vertical height of a moving plate for a textile spreading device is provided to efficiently perform the winding work of a textile by easily pressing the textile. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the vertical height of a moving plate for a textile spreading device comprises a drive motor(30), an electric gear(40), operation nuts(50), and operation bolts(60). The drive motor is installed in an upper frame(10a) and transfers power to a shaft protruded to a support frame(20). The electric gear is placed on the top of the support frame and accepts the shaft. The operation nuts are coupled to the support frame. Screw threads are formed on the inner surface of the operation nuts. The outer surfaces of the operation nuts are engaged with the electric gear. The operation bolts are coupled to the operation nuts. The front ends of the operation bolts are in contact with the rear part of a moving plate(15a).
