PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture of a laminated ceramic electronic component, in which productivity in a laminating process can be improved, occurrence of tear or wrinkles can be prevented in a ceramic green sheet, the ceramic green sheet can be formed with a uniform thickness, and no pin holes are generated in the ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: An internal electrode 104 is formed on a dielectric ceramic green sheet 102 on a carrier film 100. Another dielectric ceramic green sheet 102' is formed on another carrier film 100' having a release layer with a weaker peeling force of dielectric ceramic green sheet than that of a release layer of the carrier film 100. The dielectric ceramic green sheet 102' is thermocompression bonded to the dielectric ceramic green sheet 102. Then, the carrier film 100' is peeled off from the dielectric ceramic green sheet 102'.
