This invention is related to a novel pharmaceutical composition of pramipexole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate and hydrate thereof, comprising sodium starch glycolate and and dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient for oral administration, for their preparation and use thereof.
