ORAL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING GARLIC OIL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an oral formulation containing garlic oil of high content is provided to enhance storage stability. CONSTITUTION: An oral formulation containing garlic oil contains 50mg/unit of garlic and adsorber. The garlic oil is obtained by pressing garlic or steam distillation. The adsorber is silica-coated substance, resins, cellulose derivative, polymers, kaolin, bentonite, gelatin, meltodextrin, or dicalcium phosphate. The oral formulation additionally contains solid lipid. The solid lipid is glyceryl behenate or soybean oil. A method for manufacturing the oral formulation comprises: a step of mixing garlic oil and adsorber and pulverizing; and a step of formulating.
