PURPOSE: A composition and manufacturing method of temperature adjustment reforming recyclable ascon are provided to reduce the production and construction temperature of reforming recyclable ascon and to improve matter properties of the reforming recyclable ascon. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of temperature adjustment reforming recyclable ascon is composed like next. Waste asphalt concrete aggregate 100 parts by weight is input in an aggregate inlet of a mixer. The regeneration modifier 0.1~20 parts by weight and temperature adjustment additive 0.1~20 parts by weight are added in waste ascon. The mixture is uniformly stirred in 5~180°C for 0.5~3 minutes.
