PURPOSE: Manufacturing method and mold of a synthetic resin cap are provided to prevent the deformation of a fixing band with a cut line since a plurality of cores are installed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a synthetic resin cap is as follows. After upper/lower molds(1,2) are coupled, melted resin is injection-molded, and thus a molded product is produced. After the resin becomes cold, the upper mold is separated from the lower mold. A stripper(6) operates with upper and lower ejecting plates(8,9), and thus fixing sleeve pins, which respectively support the inner outer part and the central part of a cap(5), are separated. An outer sleeve pin, which supports the outer part of the protrusion of the cap, is separated by the additional movement of an upper ejecting plate. The air is sprayed to a product from the stripper, and the product is ejected.
