<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which maintains overall amount of toner to be supplied and prevents insufficient charging of the toner; and to provide an image-forming device equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A toner-supply port 38 for supplying toner from a toner-supply device 20 to a second stirring chamber 31c is formed in the end part of the cover part 32 of the developing device 16, the end part being located on the upstream side in the conveying direction of a second stirring and conveying screw 34. The toner-supply port 38 is composed of first and second supply ports 38a, 38b which are formed at an interval L1 on the upstream and downstream sides. Supply and stop of toner from the first and second supply ports 38a, 38b are alternately repeated for supply time T1 and stop time T2 to arrange the amount Mb of toner to be supplied from the second supply port 38b between the amounts Ma of toner to be supplied from the first supply port 38a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
