摘要 FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: beer contains biologically active component in capsulated form, at the same time shell of capsules is formed by material, such as oligo-polysaccharides or materials, forming liposomes (nanosomes), and size of capsules makes value of 1-100 nm. Method to prepare beer consists in the fact that biologically active component is added into finished beer in capsulated form with capsule size of 1-100 nm, shell of which is formed with material, representing oligo-saccharides or materials, forming liposomes (nanosomes). Specified biologically active component is introduced into finished beer in the form of previously made liquid-phase composition, containing capsules with biologically active component distributed in liquid phase, besides, finished beer and liquid-phase composition introduced in it are mixed in flow mixer with continuous dosing of finished beer and liquid-phase composition. ^ EFFECT: possibility to produce beer, in which there is a possibility to reduce amount of biologically active component introduced in it with provision of medical-preventive properties of beer, and method of beer production provides a possibility of even distribution of biologically active component in beer volume. ^ 2 cl
