INFORMATION GENERATION SYSTEM, INFORMATION GENERATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information useful for an owner and a tenant of a rental such as rental office, rental building.

SOLUTION: A contract management unit 5 manages the data regarding use contract of the rental. A data acquisition unit 1 acquires various data regarding the use state of an electrical facility of the rental. A log data recording unit 3 records as time series data the acquired data arranged in a time series manner. A matching degree calculation unit 4 successively calculates the matching degree when the recent time series data for a certain period of time is overlapped with the past time series data before the former time series data, with shifting the overlapping time points. A specifying unit 6 specifies the overlapping time point with the highest matching degree calculated by the matching degree calculation unit 4. A display control unit 7 controls the display contents including the time series data for the certain period of time using the specified time series as reference according to the contract contents managed by the contract content management unit 5.
