<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently back up data having the possibility of being lost when a write error occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A memory system includes: a non-volatile first memory 1 having storage capacity for n-page per word line; a non-volatile second memory 3; a data copy processing part 51 for conducting the data copy processing of reading out user data stored in the second memory 3 in page units and sequentially writing the read user data to the first memory 1; and data nullify processing parts 32, 33, 52, 53 for selecting user data to be backed up from the copied user data stored by the second memory 3 based on whether or not the word line to which writing is directed stores user data for n-page after data copy processing is performed, and saving the selected user data as backup data in the second memory 3, and nullifying the user data already subjected to data copy processing on the second memory 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
