<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that can recognize a time certainly at speed corresponding to operation by a user without the unexpected vibration of a touch sensor and without the waste of power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a touch sensor 11 for detecting a touch input, a tactile feeling presenting part 13 for vibrating a touch surface 11a of the touch sensor 11, and a controller 17 for controlling the drive of the tactile feeling presenting part 13 so as to present tactile feeling to a touching object that touches the touch surface 11a.
