PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid packaging bag having a film-like non-return valve unit capable of simplifying a manufacturing process by integrating a portion of the film-like non-return valve and a bag body portion with each other by each single laminate film on front and back sides, reducing the cost, and enhancing the adhesiveness and flatness of the two front and back laminate films to effectively demonstrate the non-return function, and having excellent stability (directivity) in the discharging direction of a packaged object. SOLUTION: A flat film-like non-return valve unit in which outer peripheral portions of superposed laminate films are fused to each other, and a liquid material is interposed in a very small space formed between the laminate films to generate the inwardly non-return function for preventing ingress of outside air in the bag is formed by forming one film and integrated with the bag in a projecting manner from a flexible bag body portion consisting of the laminate films.
