PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device of a motorcycle engine, achieving proper and efficient lubrication and effectively contributing to the improvement of engine performance. SOLUTION: A reed valve 50 is arranged between a crank case 11 and a magnet chamber 18 and oil let flow into the magnet chamber 18 from the crank case 11 via the reed valve 50 is sucked in and supplied to an oil storage part by an oil pump 23.
