摘要 <p>The welding or cutting burner for welding or cutting of electrically conductive workpieces, comprises a burner nozzle (14) arranged on burner tip (12) for the exit of the flame, an open nozzle cap partially surrounding the burner nozzle to the burner tip, a capacity forming electrode with the workpiece, an evaluation unit for the evaluation of parameters dependent on a capacity, and a jacket pipe (18) surrounding a feed line (16) for the burner nozzle. The open nozzle cap comprises an electrically isolated metal cap forming the electrode for the burner tip. The welding or cutting burner for welding or cutting of electrically conductive workpieces, comprises a burner nozzle (14) arranged on burner tip (12) for the exit of the flame, an open nozzle cap partially surrounding the burner nozzle to the burner tip, a capacity forming electrode with the workpiece, an evaluation unit for the evaluation of parameters dependent on a capacity, and a jacket pipe (18) surrounding a feed line (16) for the burner nozzle. The open nozzle cap comprises an electrically isolated metal cap forming the electrode for the burner tip open against the further component of the burner. The nozzles cap has an insulating ring made of electrically non-conductive material, connected with the metal cap. The insulating ring consists of ceramics. The nozzle cap is mounted by the insulating ring on the jacket pipe. The jacket pipe has first tubular section (20) and sheath carrying the nozzle cap detachably attached to the first tubular section. A contact pin is received in the nozzles cap and connects the electrode with a contact element receiving in the jacket pipe. The burner nozzle projects with its tip from the nozzle cap. The nozzle cap is arranged at the distance to the burner nozzle. An elastic ring fitting on an external surface of the burner nozzle and on the nozzle cap is arranged between the nozzle cap and the burner nozzle. The evaluation unit comprises an electrical oscillating circuit turned parallel to the capacity, and/or a data processing unit for evaluating the resonance frequency of the oscillating circuit.</p>
