<p>A starting system and method for an intelligent driving license are disclosed, the system comprises an intelligent driving license (1), a controlling device (2) and multiple displaying devices (3); and the controlling device (2) and the multiple displaying devices (3) are disposed on the vehicle, a driver can inse the intelligent driving license (1) into the controlling device(2) to start the vehicle; when the driving is too fast or violation, the intelligent driving license (1) cumulates the violation point in the intelligent driving license (1) through the controlling device (2) or the handheld device of the law enforcement officer, and th violation point record is transferred back to the intelligent driving license (1) and the database of the supervising center through the controlling device (2) or the handheld device, meanwhile if the violation point in the, intelligent driving license (1) is higher than a set value, the driver can not use the intelligent driving license (1) to start the vehicle.</p> |
