The present invention relates to an arm rest and, more specifically, provides an arm rest which enables a hand holding unit to be transferred in a horizontal direction by generating a gap between a horizontal transfer brake of an operation unit and a slide bar for horizontal transfer to be loose in case a lever is pulled, and simultaneously can be operated so that the hand holding unit can be transferred in a vertical direction by moving a push bar contained in the operation unit in a lower direction so that a valve of a gas cylinder for horizontal transfer can be pushed. |
