PURPOSE: A heat insulation construction method and structure is provided to maximize the indoor space of a building by minimizing the thickness of heat insulators. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation construction method is as follows. A base of a support joiner(20) is fixed on a wall(10). A heat insulator(30) is set with an adhesive(40) on a protrusion of the support joiner. A support joiner cap(50) is inserted and fixed to the head of the protrusion. Primer is spread on the top of the support joiner cap and gypsum bond(60) is spread to fix a gypsum board(70).
