The invention relates to a method for simultaneously forming multiple amounts of individual elements of fruit and vegetable products or other products by combining batches of selected pre-weighed elements using a combination algorithm. The method involves: simultaneously determining various groups of weighing hoppers from among the total number of full weighing hoppers available, with the aid of a combination algorithm, the product weight of each group of weighing hoppers corresponding to a complete dose; simultaneously feeding the pre-formed groups of weighing hoppers, each group for one dose, to individual feed channels leading to respective intermediate receiving hoppers provided with individual compartments, the number of which corresponds to the number of doses formed simultaneously; and simultaneously emptying said individual compartments by means of simultaneous activation of the corresponding valves for controlling the outlet leading to respective packaging devices.
