PURPOSE: An outdoor image guidance system using DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System) information, and a servicing method thereof are provided to improve the life quality of a blind person. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile terminal is registered as a service terminal for a blind person, a control center confirms and stores the history of a subscriber of a service server(30). Based on the DGPS information transferred from the mobile terminal, the service server calls out the geographical information which is photographing image information. The service server matches the image information transferred from the mobile terminal with the positioning information of the mobile terminal. The service server transfers the guidance information to the corresponding mobile terminal.
