PURPOSE: A prefabricated boat is provided to allow a user to implement a boat by easily assembling multiple assemblies at any time, any place. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated boat(10) comprises a bow unit(20) which is located in the front side of the boat and open on top and a plurality of assemblies(30) which have front assembly walls. The front assembly wall of each assembly is faced with the rear assembly wall(21) of the bow unit or the rear assembly wall of the assembly located ahead. The front and the rear assembly wall have upper and lower fitting parts. The upper parts of the faced front and rear assembly walls are fastened with bolts.
