PURPOSE: An incentive providing method using a sales result is provided to secure fairness and reliability when granting an incentive by objectively evaluating a product seller or a sales result of a shop through a ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning). CONSTITUTION: A type of an incentive is determined. A sales goal achievement of shop or a product seller according to type of incentive is objectively evaluated(S1). An excess achievements according to sales goal is calculated. An incentive according to sales goal achievement and an incentive according to a surplus achievement are determined(S2). According to an incentive examination result, a reward target sales or a shop is announced(S3). |
