PURPOSE: A letter input device is provided to enable a keyboard of a screen to be shown simply in a touch screen of a keyboard using over thirteen keys and provide a Hangul input method suitable for characteristic to a Hangul at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Part of six vowels, a function key, and consonants are arranged in each key of a keyboard one by one. If the function key is typed, rest of the consonants is rearranged one by one in the key of the key board and is displayed on a screen. If the key is typed, consonant or vowel is inputted by arranged or rearranged in the key. If the key is typed after a function key is typed, the keyboard returns to a state before the functional key is typed.
