PURPOSE: A waste oil purifying apparatus is provided to separate fluid into steam and sludge using a fluid evaporator, for treating with a sludge treatment unit and a steam treatment unit. CONSTITUTION: A waste oil purifying apparatus comprises the following: a fluid evaporator(100) for evaporation fluid; a sludge treatment unit(200) connected to the fluid evaporator, receiving remaining sludge from the fluid evaporator after evaporating the fluid, for treating; and a steam treatment unit(300) connected to the sludge treatment unit, receiving steam for transforming into purified fluid.
