PURPOSE: A roof airbag mounting structure, capable of facilitating assembly by fixing a frame without a bolt clamping process, is provided to reduce weight and manufacturing costs by removing a supporting member between a car body roof and an air bag cushion. CONSTITUTION: A roof airbag mounting structure comprises a frame(100) and an air bag cushion(200). The frame has a hole(120) at both ends and one or more spaces(110) in inside. The top and bottom side of the space is opened. A bolt is fixed and coupled in the hole. The air bag cushion is installed in a plurality of spaces of the frame. The door inflating an air bag cushion is installed on the bottom surface of the frame.
